Sharon Lee and Steve Miller have published another new Liaden story.
Code of Honor features an all-new character, which means that my usual method of skimming the first scene for timing clues has come up empty.
I guess I’ll tack it onto the end of the schedule for now.
The bulk of the action takes place on Liad, in the period between Korval being ordered to leave, and them leaving.
From my reading the story starts after the attack on Solcintra, the main character arrives on Liad before Korval leaves, than some time passes, and the ending has the MC on Surebleak in the casino meating Miri still preagnant but there are hints that Val Con is still on the planet so he didn’t leave to deal with the DoI goons on Vandar yet (or he’s back already).
